What problem this solves. Two sites both want the same crew or the same digger on Monday morning, and it gets sorted out over the phone. Here you can see who's where on a single screen, a conflict shows up in red before it actually happens, and for each person you can see whether their licence has expired.
What a company would add for real-world use. A login for site managers with access limited to their own sites, an email alert 30 days before a licence expires, a link to attendance and machine GPS tracking, and exporting the schedule to a crew calendar.
