Construction job controlling

What problem this solves. The owner of a construction firm finds out about a loss on a job only after it finishes, once the bookkeeper matches up the invoices. Here every cost is logged straight from the field into a budget chapter, and the margin is recalculated that same day, not three months later.

What a company would add for real deployment. Importing received invoices from accounting or the bank, a budget imported from a costing program (for example Cenkros), access for multiple site managers, and approval for costs above a limit.
