The key is kept only in this page's memory. It is not saved to localStorage,
is not sent anywhere except in the call to api.anthropic.com, and disappears once you close the tab.
The file-completeness check and the risk profile both work fully without the API.
What a Claude API call looks like in this app
In production, the key does not belong in the browser. Client documents are personal data — the call should go through your server, where you can enable logging, rate limits and control over what gets sent.
